Operation instructions for cervical traction belt：

1. Use the horizontal bar or door frame as the tool for hanging traction straps. Hang and fix the steel hook onto the horizontal bar. You can also hang the woven belt directly on the horizontal bar without using steel hooks.

2. Fold the woven belt in half and thread it through the buckle of the pull ring. Adjust the height of the traction belt as needed. If the traction belt is displaced, the tail of the woven belt can be threaded through the buckle of the pull ring again

3. Insert the head into the circular thickened pad of the traction belt, and adjust the size using the metal buckle on both sides. Note that the side with the buckle should be under the chin.

4. Both hands can be placed into the two side pull rings, grasp the woven belt, control the traction force, and ensure safety.

5. During stretching exercises, pay attention to the strength of the stretching, and only after fully familiarizing using can the stretching

Safety precautions:

1. Ensure that the tension of the traction belt is appropriate and does not get stuck in the throat, and should be supported by facial bone and flesh
